1. Pilot status and eligibility
Veturio is a pre-launch marketplace pilot for vehicle-care services in Tirana. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and be legally able to enter an agreement. The final operating legal entity and contact details must be inserted before public launch.
2. Veturio's role
Veturio helps customers discover verified businesses, request services, compare quotes, schedule appointments, approve changes and retain service records. Unless Veturio expressly states otherwise, the workshop—not Veturio—performs and is responsible for the vehicle service. Verification improves trust but is not a guarantee of every result.
3. Accounts
- Keep credentials private and tell Veturio promptly about suspected misuse.
- Use one truthful account for the appropriate customer or business role.
- Veturio may restrict or suspend accounts for fraud, safety risks, unlawful conduct, repeated non-performance or material rule breaches.
4. Requests, quotes and bookings
A request is not a confirmed appointment. A booking is formed when a customer accepts a valid workshop quote and the appointment is confirmed, subject to any clearly disclosed deposit condition. The quote should describe scope, all-in price, timing and validity. Customer contact details remain private until the customer accepts the workshop’s offer.
5. Additional work and completion
A workshop must not exceed the authorised scope or price without the customer's recorded approval, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent danger and the law permits it. Customers may approve or decline each proposed item. Completion reports, evidence and invoices should accurately reflect the work performed.
6. Payments and fees
Albania/ALL pilot payments are handled manually. A booking change does not automatically charge, refund or transfer money. Payment records change only after a separate confirmed action. Any future online payment method or commercial fee must be reviewed and agreed before it applies.
7. Customer responsibilities
- Describe the vehicle and problem honestly and disclose relevant safety issues.
- Attend appointments, provide lawful access to the vehicle and review quotes and approvals carefully.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.
8. Content and reviews
You retain ownership of content you upload but allow Veturio to store, display and process it to operate the service. Do not upload content you lack the right to share. Reviews must describe genuine completed work and may be moderated for fraud, abuse, privacy or illegality—not merely because they are negative.
9. Availability and liability
Veturio will use reasonable care to operate the platform but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or guarantee a workshop's workmanship, diagnosis, parts or timing. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, each party remains responsible for losses it causes through breach, negligence, fraud or unlawful conduct.
10. Complaints and governing rules
Raise service issues first through the booking record so the workshop can respond. Veturio may assist with evidence and communication but is not a court or repair guarantor. Albanian law applies to the Tirana pilot, while mandatory consumer rights and competent-court rules remain unaffected.
