1. Business authority
You confirm that the business is properly registered, that the person accepting this agreement can bind it, and that all NIPT/NUIS, licensing, insurance, tax and contact information is accurate and kept current.
2. Verification
Veturio may request documents, inspect public registers, ask follow-up questions and approve, reject, pause or re-check a profile. Verification is platform permission, not professional certification or a transfer of responsibility to Veturio.
3. Quotes and availability
- Quote only work the business is qualified and equipped to perform.
- State the scope, all-in price, likely duration, appointment time, exclusions and quote validity clearly.
- Keep availability current and promptly communicate delays, safety findings or parts constraints.
- Do not use misleading prices, hidden charges or fabricated urgency.
4. Service standard
Perform work with professional care, lawful parts and methods, suitable safety controls and any warranty promised in the quote or report. Obtain recorded approval before additional work. Provide accurate completion reports, invoices and evidence, and correct genuine errors promptly.
5. Customer data
Use customer contact, vehicle, message and document data only to quote, schedule, perform, document or support the relevant service. Protect it, limit staff access, do not market to the customer without a separate lawful basis, and delete copies when no longer needed unless law requires retention.
6. Fees and settlement
Commercial fees and settlement terms must be agreed separately before they apply. A recorded fee or payment status does not itself collect or transfer money. Local workflow records are not an agreement to a new commission, subscription, fee or payout.
7. Cancellations, complaints and reviews
Handle cancellations fairly, cooperate with evidence-based complaints and do not pressure customers to remove honest reviews. Veturio may investigate booking records, request a response and moderate content for fraud, abuse, privacy or illegality.
8. Platform integrity
Do not scrape data, manipulate rankings or reviews, impersonate others, submit false jobs, bypass safety controls, or use platform customer data to avoid already-earned Veturio fees. Normal repeat-customer relationships remain permitted subject to any clearly disclosed commercial terms and applicable law.
9. Suspension and exit
Either party may stop future participation. Veturio may suspend immediately for safety, fraud, unlawful conduct, expired credentials, serious service complaints or material breach. Existing bookings, customer records, accrued fees and legal duties survive as necessary.
